Every Bruce Henry Associates Dental Search includes:

• Pre-Search: An experienced BHA consultant will discuss with you your specific recruitment needs. During that consult, many aspects of your practice will be discussed, ensuring realistic expectations, and determination of the feasibility of a successful search. Approximate time frames are discussed and search dynamics are explained.
• Search: Your assigned BHA consultant will define your search universe, determining where to begin looking for your candidate(s). After putting out numerous calls to both known and new doctors, a network will be built discussing your specific practice opportunity until the right doctor is located.
• Interview consulting : Throughout the entire interview process, your BHA consultant remains by your side. Discussions prior and after every interview will insure you maximize your time while getting to know the candidate(s) selected for your practice. Candidates will continue to be presented on an as located basis until we all agree that we have a successful match.
• Contract Negotiations: After a successful series of interviews, you will be ready to put together an offer for your candidate. Here, BHA continues to assist you to generate a term sheet offering the terms of a contractual agreement (both as an associate, or as a transition as appropriate). Where necessary, we have relationships with attorneys who specialize in putting together dental contracts and agreements. Otherwise, BHA will be happy to work with your attorney.
• Licensure and Relocation Consulting: BHA works with you and your new hire in obtaining the correct forms and information necessary to be licensed in your state. In addition, comparative demographic information and relocation advice are part of our recruitment services provided for you and your candidate of choice.
• Guarantee: Every candidate placed by BHA carries a one year guarantee. BHA will redo your search at no additional charge if the candidate you hire fails to work out during the first 3 months. If the first three months are fine but something goes wrong during the next 9 months, BHA will redo your search at one half the fee originally paid.
