Meet the Team

Bruce founded Bruce Henry Associates in 1991 after recruiting for other firms in Boston and San Francisco. He provides leadership and expertise on all senior level clinical and executive search engagements, while overseeing all of the marketing, and client relations for the firm. Having over 20 years of recruitment experience, Bruce’s role has been vital in the training and oversight of search operations and procedures. Since founding Bruce Henry Associates, Bruce has been personally involved in many hundreds of search engagements conducted throughout the United States and Canada. Bruce attended the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois and Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel, where he majored in physiology. In his free time Bruce works out daily before coming to the office, and on the weekends he enjoys flying as a private pilot.

Anna graduated from the University of Maryland where she completed her undergraduate degree in Organizational Development and later went on to complete her graduate degree in Human Resources Management. Anna has an extensive career in the fields of Dental Practice Management and Human Resources Management in Canada and the U.S. Anna’s extensive experience in the dental environment gives her a unique perspective and insights that benefit both our clients and candidates.
