Meet the Team

Bruce founded Bruce Henry Associates in 1991 after recruiting for other firms in Boston and San Francisco. He provides leadership and expertise on all senior level clinical and executive search engagements, while overseeing all of the marketing, and client relations for the firm. Having over 20 years of recruitment experience, Bruce’s role has been vital in the training and oversight of search operations and procedures. Since founding Bruce Henry Associates, Bruce has been personally involved in many hundreds of search engagements conducted throughout the United States and Canada. Bruce attended the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois and Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel, where he majored in physiology. In his free time Bruce works out daily before coming to the office, and on the weekends he enjoys flying as a private pilot.

Robert Fisher was born and raised in Cape Coral, FL. Before he made his move over to the east coast, he owned and operated his own Non-profit Organization, Take Notice All-Stars Cheerleading Training Facility. There, he was able to gain a great deal of expertise in running and managing a business. After the economy hit his member’s families, he decided to return all investments, since the accumulated funds were due to the participant’s great successes! After being in Fort Lauderdale for just a short time, Bruce found Robert and noticed his talents. Since then, Robert has begun his mentorship with Bruce in order to become as knowledgeable in the dental field as Bruce is, so he can better help all the clients here at Bruce Henry Associates, Inc.

Dr. Puleo is originally from New York, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY at Stoney Brook. He went on to his training in Podiatry at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and after graduation, completed his Surgical Residency in 1989. Dr. Puleo entered private practice in the Long Island/Metropolitan New York area. He specialized in Diabetic Foot Care and Podiatric Geriatrics. He has written several articles on the subject, as well as an article on Podiatric Pediatric Pathologies. In 1996 Dr. Puleo relocated to Ft Lauderdale, Florida working in various offices and beginning his Feet First Podiatric Mobile Foot Care business seeing patients who are unable to leave their homes. Joining Bruce Henry Associates in early 2007, Dr. Puleo brings Podiatry into the Bruce Henry recruitment fold. Since then he has been placing Podiatrists across the country, and enjoys the challenges of providing doctors in needed areas.

Anna graduated from the University of Maryland where she completed her undergraduate degree in Organizational Development and later went on to complete her graduate degree in Human Resources Management. Anna recently joined Bruce Henry Associates as a Recruiter and comes with an extensive career in the fields of Dental Practice Management and Human Resources Management in Canada and the U.S. Anna’s extensive experience in the dental environment gives her a unique perspective and insights that benefit both our clients and candidates.

Michele has lived in South Florida for 30 years.
