Every Bruce Henry Associates Dental Search includes:

Pre-Search: An experienced BHA consultant discusses the specific recruitment needs for the practice opportunity . During that consult, many aspects of the practice are discussed to ensure realistic expectations and search parameters.

Search: During this phase of the engagement, many potential candidate CVs (or resumes) are reviewed and those that appear to be appropriate are contacted and explained the high points of the search. Interested candidates and appropriate candidates are then referred to our client for a potential interview.

Interviews: Throughout the entire interview process, your BHA consultant remains by your side. Discussions prior to and after every interview insure that you maximize your time while getting to know our client.

Contract Negotiations: After a successful series of interviews, you will be ready to entertain an offer from out client. Here BHA continues to assist you to generate a term sheet offering the terms of a contractual agreement (both as an associate and as a transition where appropriate). Where necessary, we have relationships with attorneys who specialize in putting together dental contracts and agreements. Otherwise, BHA will be happy to work with your attorney.

Licensure and Relocation Consulting: BHA works with you in obtaining the correct forms and information necessary to be licensed in your state. In addition, comparative demographic information and relocation advice are part of our recruitment services provided for you at no charge.
